Alright!!! I see this news as good news. Firstly the name changing to Gold Hills Mining Co means to me that the property is worth mining! If it wasnt they wouldnt think of using that for the new name.
And secondly Im happy about the reverse stock split. Now this wont be A penny stock and it can move to A better exchange! This should bring attention and seriouse investors( the ones that dont trade in pennys.
Im thinking the stock will be ceased from trading while the changes in shares are made. I wonder if the stock symbol will be changed Maybe to GHIL or GHMC ? Anyways its looking like our little mining co is growing up
