I believe this in minimal compared to alot of companys. This is a good sign, minimal dulition means tighened supply. As we all know from supply and demand when the supply is tight and if the demand remains the same the price will increase.

Jan 1- Sept 30 = Decrease of over 41%
July 1- Sept 30 = Decrease of over 39%

This company's expenses are dropping significantly!!! Could mean LARGER PROFITS IN THE FUTURE!!!!
