11:14 AM, Jan 11. The Seaway oil pipeline expansion is complete and the 500-mile pipeline's operations have resumed, according to joint owners EPD and ENB. It's an important move for the U.S. oil market as it should reduce the glut of oil in Cushing, Okla., the U.S. delivery point for Nymex crude; the 250K bbl/day expansion is equivalent to about half the remaining light, sweet crude imports to the U.S. Gulf Coast.
