We are determined to see it true that your commitment to our great and growing company is well founded. Be assured Mr. ******we are doing our very best to meet the benchmarks set by us during 2012 while also securing those opportunities which are newsworthy, inspiring and reassuring to our shareholders.

As it relates to the Ukiah move and the possible JV in Brazil and elsewhere, we expect to have some updates for shareholders shortly. As for our reduction efforts, as noted within our public announcements, we ended 2012 well ahead of schedule. We did in fact meet our original benchmarks; successfully reducing the Issued and Outstanding share count by 3.5 billion shares [before year end]. Our second share reduction endeavor began just before the end of the year. To this, we will continue to work toward new share reduction goals – keeping shareholders updated of course.

We are confident that our efficacy and diligence will pay off to the benefit of all shareholders… which of course includes Hollund’s management. So you are not alone Mr. ******. We have every intent and every reason to succeed.
