Rest assured not a single share has been issued by the Company, RVPlus, for ANY promotion. The shares you are referring to could only have come form a Non-Affiliate and therefore I have no way of knowing what the source is.

Every issuance is disclosed in the filings.

Good afternoon,

Could you please clarify how many shares were paid to EmergingGrowth.com and other stock promoters and will this practice continue in the future as the stock price has not appreciated and generating the type of investor interest in my humble opinion. Some investors are hinting these shares are being sold thus preventing any significant increase in share price in the latest trading sessions.

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
