I hate to tell everybody, but this is in fact a farce. A few months ago, I contacted the company about becoming a distributor. They were very happy to talk to me.

Within ten minutes, they said that they would like to have me as a distributor. They told me that 3/4 of the people they talk to would not qualify. I would like to know what I said that would make them think I would make a great distributor.

Anyway, I asked for information to be sent. They never sent me anything except a few pics. They kept calling promising me "Exclusive Teritory" Quite substantial area, I might add. All I need to do is to send them the $20,000 and they would send out somebody to get me my first ten clients and to train me.

They still hadn't sent me any real information. I couldn't even get a list of products and pricing.

Still thinking this company may be real, I told them that I would like to speak with them in person. I had time and would fly down to Florida to see the operation and go over details in person. They kept avoiding that saying they were all over the place. I asked them where I could meet them and they just kept telling how rich I'll be and someone will be out as soon as I sent the money.
Every time I told them I was still waiting for the product and pricing list they would change the subject and go into some totally unrelated subject.

They also offered me 5 million shares of restricted stock when I proceed as they really wanted me on their team. Do the math. They were promising me about 55-60 thousand dollars worth of stock, Exclusive territory even though I had no prior experience and the promise that they would set up my first ten clients. All I have to do is send them the 20,000 and we'll be off and running and we'd all be drinking Margaritas together as we celebrate the success.

Funny, they want me so bad, yet are unwilling to meet with me or send any concise information. Quote - "That's not how we do it. We need to just get you on board so you can start making money"

Boy, if you are willing to do all that, why wouldn't you just save the 55,000 worth of stock and give me the distributorship for free. I guess it was just to make sure I was serious. RIGHT

I finally got tired of all the diverting phone calls that never wanted to talk about the meat and bones of the business but kept telling me how much money I'll make for the mere sum of 20,000 with exclusive territory and 5 million shares of stock. I finally blew my cork, and they have finally stopped trying to get my check.

I have previously posted on this board asking if anybody on this board anywhere has seen their product on a store shelf. Nobody has responded. Pretty odd since they state more and more distributors are being signed on.

Finally, I only found one reference to a physical address for the business. Went to Google Earth. This is a home residence in an established neighborhood in Florida. Not that this is neceessarily bad. Look at Microsoft. But that on top of not being willing to meet with me anywhere at my expense and everything else.

I challenge anybody to refute what I have said or come up with another experience, but I smell no good.

I say this and am screwing myself more. I am in for 600,000 shares as I previously believed in them. My interest began when they announced the agreement with "HEMP" I thought they would be distributing products with CBD's and I wanted in on the ground floor. They also avoided my questions about that. They told me CBD's were illegal. Dixie Dew Drops have shown that they are full of shit.

Anyway, I am holding on as I'm already in so deep that I can only hope that I am somehow wrong about this company or that he can throw enouph bullshit out that their will be enouph believers to at least give it an artificial boost far enouph to get closer to my .0065 average. I believe I will be going down with the ship.

By the way, why don't they have a consumer site where people can find retailers in their area. Hmmmm
