It is the intent of management to factor the A/R. The A/R's are insured so upon receipt of funds they are without recourse and thus recorded as revenue and will be reflected as such on the next 10Q. The actual figure (gross) is 14 million as stated in previous releases.

I read the new CEO letter and have one question. Will some or all of these A/R posted in the Oct 31 quarterly report show up as revenue in your next Jan 31, quarterly report?
Will ALL of the $8,653,846 reported be recorded as revenue since most A/R terms usually don't surpass 90 days.
