I think you missed it. I got lucky, bought a ton at .08 before the pump, sold at .19 It's leveled off since then, but I've owned shares in this company for years starting around 4 bucks and have been "dollar cost averaging." With my buying and selling my average PPS is around .25 now. The company operation seems to be a mystery, but they have never missed a quarter or annual sec filing, and you have to like the sector. But instead of the pumpers, we have to depend on the fundamentals to make any money with this stock. With that said, I don't think .15 is a bad "buy and hold" entry point. I'll be adding.
