If I only set aside 100 bucks to playing penny promos or Pump and Dumps and collect a 100% return, 15 times, putting in to the next what I get out from the last, I would have turned that $100 into a cool 1.6 Million bucks. Now the hard part would be to make 100% on each, so the key would be to research what indicators must be present for these P&D to work. And they often have high volume so liquidity wouldn't be an issue. Here's a chart:
