January 2, 2013. First trading day of the new year. Stock futures up strongly upon positive fiscal cliff news. Could this be the year that junior mining stocks take off? I think so. Passport's Enterprise Value of just $45 million leaves ample room for improvement. A doubling of the stock price would still leave Passport's valuation well below that of Prospect Global, [PGRX].
