I believe it its SCCO, and they will make its move soon on these valuable properties of SRGE.

0.20 divy will be announced at the same time.

Have a hunch buyout will be announced and will resume trading at over a dollar a share when it opens ! Were all speculating at this point , and have really no idea what is going on behind closed doors . I am a shareholder of SRGE and will never sell a share as I believe the buyout was signed this past fall ... and will be announced before opening bell in two weeks when SRGE resumes trading. Both companies will put a PR out , to this affect with announcement of the big dividend as well. xi
