Good ole felon Dorliss... the gift that keeps on giving. Yes children.. the same DORLISS BRIGHT arrested twice this year on felony charges AND EX-emax OFFICER was the owner of ARROW DESIGN & PRODUCTION STUDIOS(May 4, 2007)
