SSPT is dead. After diluting it into the ground twice with the assistance of Big Apple Consulting, Brian Barrett and Tami Posten abandoned the public corporation and removed the GuestMetrics subsidiary which they now run as a private corporation.

For some insight as to how they did this, read the FINRA disciplinary action against one of the brokers who helped facilitate illegal sales of unregistered shares of SSPT, GRBG and other Big Apple Consulting clients:
