NTAH .0072 / PGUZ .01 Extreme volume changes speak of two things, either it's an MM 'notice' here's something new tap tap, or it's an extreme front-load for a very good reason.

Interesting enough:

Two Extreme Volume Changes Same Day:

Guess what?
Same CEO from each company

http://www.nevtahoilsands.com/management.htm
http://www.pegasusbiosciences.com/management.htm
Mr. Kesonen

It was brought to my attention that:

Hi SuperC

I hope you're enjoying your weekend. Did you know that the ceo of NTAH is also the ceo of PGUZ?

"Mr. Kesonen has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nevtah Capital since 1995. He is also the current Managing Director of RLK Investment Group, an international investment and venture capital corporation with offices in Florida and Zurich , Switzerland . He is the Chairman and CEO of Pegasus Pharmaceuticals Inc., a medical devices company trading on the OTC Exchange (Symbol: PGUZ) Mr. Kesonen is the President of Wyn Developments Inc., a resource company trading on the Toronto Venture Exchange. (Symbol: WL.V) He was also President of PLC Systems Inc., a medical laser company trading on the AMEX Exchange."
The above was from e-ore , DD hound , along with this data:

Here's a tidbit, from a MCW Energy report:

http://www.mcwenergygroup.com/MCW%20Report%2026-05-11%20Final%20CC3.pdf

"The Company’s oil sands recovery business was 100% acquired from Amerisands in a transaction where MCW gains access to a leased property in Asphalt Ridge, Utah with proven reserves of 54 million BBL and in return pays Amerisands a royalty stream of 49% of net profits generated from the lease."

Amerisands is (or was) Nevtah's joint venture partner when they first went after the Utah sands. Kesonen is a partner in Amerisands which is still active at Nevada. And part of the management team at MCW Energy Group is Kesonen's partner in AmerisandsFrom the MCW Energy Group website:

Vladimir Podlipskiy, Ph.D. MCW Oil Sands Recovery LLC –
Senior science & business professional with extensive research and industrial experience in the leading oil, car-care, household, and cosmetic products development and manufacturing. Former Chief chemist in Nanotech, responsible for research, development and patenting of innovative oil and fuel additives, and car-care products as well as manufacturing and Quality Control of innovative oil and fuel additives based on own patented formulas. Former premier chemical scientist at UCLA (Department of Chemistry). Author of multiple patents in fuel re-formulator and mold remediation product.

From Reuters:

"MCW's Chief Technology Officer, Vladimir Podlipskiy, is heading up MCW's Asphalt Ridge oil sands extraction project. "We're very pleased with our progress on this, our very first plant in Utah, which we anticipate once tested will represent a benchmark as America's first environmentally-friendly oil sands extraction project," he stated. MCW intends on releasing information as the project progress continues."

http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/11/13/idUS216405+13-Nov-2012+MW20121113

And there was a go ahead from a Utah for another company to proceed with operations there.

Can you imagine if there was a pr out tying NTAH to this?

"The Company’s oil sands recovery business was 100% acquired from Amerisands in a transaction where MCW gains access to a leased property in Asphalt Ridge, Utah with proven reserves of 54 million BBL and in return pays Amerisands a royalty stream of 49% of net profits generated from the lease."

54 million barrels of oil
49% of net profits
What a cash cow that would be

Nice one e-ore appreciate the time spent!

The extreme volume changes and both symbols cannot be overlooked at hard facts. All other data although speculative does make for a strong case something good will come out of Friday's extreme 10day Alerts.

You have two Stop_Sign Companies mostly dormant for months with small trading activity, then in one day they trade extreme 10Day volume averages at the same time.

extra: and in ref to PGUZ
Podiliskiy is not listed as a director for PGUZ at Nevada but he is in this bio from a June 2012 conference

http://www.pdamidwest.org/201206/VladimirPodlipskiy.pdf

This was his presentation there

Emerging Technology for Fungal Contamination Control: Natural Mold Inhibitors as Perspective Compounds for Fungal Contamination Control

Today many presentations and reports are given on how to deal with contamination issues in pharmaceutical facilities. There is a major emphasis today on use of quality by design. If we take this type of approach, an ideal situation is to design contamination out of the process. There are technologies available to actually prevent contamination before it occurs. This talk will discuss some of the published reports of types of fungal contamination and identify how these situations could have been adverted with the use of new technologies that are available. We will also discuss the scientific basis for how this technology works.

Zoom info says he's a vp there, and that PGUZ has 10-20 employees and $1-5 million in sales.

Company Description: Pegasus is now implementing an integrated marketing campaign in North America and Europe for the introduction of its Mold Remove System featuring its safe, easy-to-use application, its ability to prevent future mold growth and the fact that it is environmentally friendly.

Mold is a huge problem in NYC after hurricane Sandy. A pr linking them to a possible remedy would be meaningful

Connection between the two with extreme volume days?

One late final note: I don't think that means there's a business connection. Without any filings from PGUZ I can't be sure. But it wouldn't surprise me if PGUZ and NTAH had equity connections to each other since they have the same owner, Kesonen.

Ending, lets just say these two extremes are not just a coincidence.
