About the chart play, but they will have to lower the share structure some by at lease 1.0 billion shares for this thing to move decent enough to make some money off the run or they could lower the float on BCAP.

Very Important Blue this BCAP could be a game changer come Jan/2013 all the penny stocks will be reset in Jan/2013 as it does every year for all stocks seem to get a little pop in them some more then others you just never know.
