OK people listen up. I have done some nosing around the computer and this is what I found. George Nolley jr. is the pres. of Minerva oil. There is no Richard Fasanella that works here.
Plus looking into PDVSA in venezuela there is only one U.S. company down there and it is chevron. Go to PDVSA site and they tell you who has what blocks there is 27 of them. There is not one that has Ouest oil on it. So if you don't believe do your own research and you will see what I have. quest is a scam!!!
