Such hardware is also available from UAVision in Australia--Sandy Allsopp gets his from there. Haven't compared this one to the Aussie yet. ISR is just payload--ridiculous for WSGI to develop that IMO. In this category, our recycler and launch system are the value added. IMO this style aerostat isn't as easy to launch as the simpler single envelope blimp that was at AUVSI. That is just a gut reaction to having handled this style and looking at the photo. But, if the Army and Navy have them already, they may be used to them and have them in the TOE. Get the envelopes and the payloads from anyone and do the systems integration. Sometimes DoD specifies the payload. Note the USMil 24v operating voltage.
