CTLFQ - IHUB pump backfires for many investors that followed this IHUB pump without doing proper DD

CTLFQ has been trading almost exclusively between $.0001/share and $.001/share over past several months.

The stock has been in a Bankruptcy plan for reorganization for almost a full year now.

Back in march they announced that all common shares would be cancelled upon reorganization being completed:

But despite this information being readily available to the public, CTLFQ became a classic IHUB pump&dump today because of news put out by the ticker about the sale of some of their major assets

The first post to mention CTLFQ on the IHUB today was this one at 1:19 pm:

From there it spread quickly

1:30 pm

1:32 pm

The following IHUB forum with just one moderator greeted its 574 followers with an email today at exactly 1:34 pm EST encouraging them to buy CTLFQ stock

The following is a screen shot of that pumper email (note the email is time stamped Pacific Time Standard - it came out at 1:34 pm EST).

The share price quickly shot up from $.0004/share to as high as $.007/share. The stock closed up 1200% at $.0052/share

The email and all the IHUB pumper posts referred to the news that was put out today by CTLFQ announcing the sale of assets, but they all failed to inform their followers about the very basic DD readily available starting 9 months ago that all common stock of CTLFQ was schedule to get cancelled.

CTLFQ willingly told anybody contacting them via email or phone that all common shares would be cancelled upon the completion of the reorganization plan.

Here is a copy of an email from November 28, 2012 from CTLFQ explaining this to inquiring investors:

I am trying to do some research on your company, I see you are in the process of reorganizing and I am curious about what happens to your existing CTLFQ shareholders?

Is the company going to be owned by fully by the secured debt holders or will common shareholders still have a stake in the company.

Any information regarding this reorganization will be very helpful,

XXX XXX

Thank you for your email message.

All common shares of the company prior to the reorganization have been cancelled. Under the plan of arrangement, these common shares have no value and there is no market where the common shares may be sold. These shareholders will not receive any consideration from the new common shares that will be listed on the TSX. Attached please see the recent press release regarding the TSX listing of new common shares.

-----------------------

Today just like promised and warned by CTLFQ several times over the last 9 months, now that their reorganization plan has been completed, the CTLFQ common shares got cancelled.

CTLFQ: Plan of Bankruptcy effective at 5:07 P.M. E.S.T. All shares cancelled.

Anybody blindly following today's classic IHUB stock manipulation scheme and holding their shares past the close have now lost every penny they invested into CTLFQ.

The lesson learned is simple. Do not blindly follow IHUB pumper clowns like a brainless sheep. Do some DD. Know what you are buying and know the history of who you are following. If you don't, you could end up stuck holding the bag or in this case completely worthless stock.
