Sierra Wireless MMP license-RUNNING ROYALTY!- I suggest you guys read the Sierra Wireless ITC motion to dismiss and the copy of the licensing agreement included in the ITC filing. I may be wrong but page 10 of the PDF refers to ongoing royalty payments that continue until the patent expires as well as a lump sum payment for past infringement. Page 11 section 4.3 refers specifically to "Future Licensed Product Royalties". I can't be 100% sure what that means but I think it probably means buy more shares tomorrow.

WOW! Specific running royalty rates in the Sierra Wireless MMP agreement!

4.1 1.8 tenths percent of net sales of consumer products ( so 1.8 percent)

4.2 7.2 tenths percent of commercial (7.2%)


This is a total game changer BUT keep in mind Sierra Wireless does not seem to be very large with 627 million in annual revenue. Of course 1.8% of 627 million is $11 MILLION a year in licensing fees.
