Could the CEO be contacted by a group of share-holders?
Look at wat Mike Koza is trying to do with GHII. Not sure if he's making any progress right now, but he asked as many shareholders as possible to inform him on how much shares they own. So he can speak to GHII management with one voice. GHII stopped filing though. They could not afford the reporting any more with a market cap below 500K (but worth at least 40M!).
Maybe someone can do the same action with WKBT and try to speak as one group?
