There may even be more to this twist. Peter Bowler, joined ASYI's Advisory Board on June9, 2011, per:

Just prior to that, Peter Bowler joined Passur Aerospace as Senior Advisor and Chairman of the Customer Advisory Panel. Per:

Passur is a publicly traded company (PSSR) founded in 2008 and essentially providing Airlines with software systems not unlike ASYI was.

Mr. Bowler still remains on both advisory boards. Two companies serving the same customers...Competitors. Could there be a larger picture?
