db7...regarding VK_IN.....

out vk_in .0988 from .15... don't like how it has all unfolded and seems they issued some cheap shares to consultants in latest filing

VK_IN is probably the most frustrating stock I have been involved with in quite some time. Certainly understandable why people are willing to give up on it.

I'm still holding on to my position and still hoping to see significantly higher prices. I could end up with egg on my face if the fully-diluted share structure, company expenses/debt, etc., turn out to be unattractive, but the "potential" here makes me hesitant to sell at current prices. The potential equity received for Viking's consultation services on each reverse merger is basically equivalent to the current share price (under the currently-known share structure).

I'm not sure if this social gaming venture in China is a business they are starting completing from scratch or if it is one of the American businesses they are helping expand/introduce into China. Viking Investments registered the "macaulasvegas.com" website on August 16.....

I'm semi-expecting to see some sort of news/development in the first quarter or two of 2013. I've noticed recently that sometimes CEO Tom Simeo puts his apartment up for rent on Craigslist when he makes a trip overseas. Around early/mid November he put up his apartment for the next 3-6 months. So I am assuming he will be in China until at least mid-February.

Practically every momentum group or stock-picking site/service seems to be following one or more of the social media sites related to Viking Investments.
