Sorry for the late response Carl, just got back from 17 days in the Hawaiian Islands so a little out of touch.

cant blame a guy for going off the grid.. especially in hawaii
will be heading there my self in sept for a week.

Have you looked at RSO another reits style stock.. it has been jumping around a bit of late like two and others.

i have started looking for good dividend paying stocks irregardless of this fiscal cliff bull crap coming from Washington. THis is another shining example of why we need term limits for congress and senators, not just pres.. too many old guys in senate that keep getting reelected every term for too many terms..

hack the guy from hawaii have been in senate over 56 yrs.. that is WAY to long for one guy to be a senator..

we should like them to 2 or 3 6 yrs terms only. congress 5 2 yrs terms only.. get some of the dead weight out of washington.
