Which stock ticker on the duplicate boards is the right one?

I notice here it is ELSRF and on the other it is ELI. New member here and novice investor as well. I am a longtime blogger who has argued against desert renewable energy projects and actually went to the site of the Lopez Fault property Tuesday but was unable to drive in due to road conditions. Fyi, my vehicle is a low slung passenger car and I didn't think that it would make it.

I plan to make a post on my blog soon that will tie these two plays together, at least in my mind, and I have seen enough to want to get in now. I know absolutely nothing about buying penny stocks, perhaps someone here can recommend a reputable broker to contact here in the states.
