MMR - Any thoughts on how today's MMR buyout will affect SARA and their discussions on a JV for their deep-well. I would think this helps their position immensely and moves up the timing of a potential JV forward as the ability of MMR to finance the drilling of the deep well improved dramatically with the backing from all the FCX cash flows.

I'm a bit shocked we didn't see a bigger move here, but with avg. Q4 production expected to be in the 3,500 BOED range, one should expect some strong financial results for the Q4 period. I think SARA is undervalued at this level and continue to accumulate shares under $4.00.
