Sterne Agee upgrades Deckers Outdoor (DECK) to Buy from Neutral. The firm sees the retailer improving its margins in FQ2 and benefiting from a better positioning for the Ugg and Teva brands. A forecast for a colder Winter than last year could also help Deckers.
