How do I capture a screenshot and put it in my post?

Using windows 7 it's very easy to capture a screen or any portion of your screen. Begin by clicking on Start at the lower left.
Next click on "all programs".

Click on Accessories.

Click on "Snipping Tool"

When your mouse cursor turns to a little + or cross hair, place it at the upper left corner of the portion of the screen that you want to capture. Hold the left mouse key down and drag it to the right and down until the part that you want to copy looks sharper. Let the key go. A window opens with your image.

If the image isn't quite what you wanted click "New" and repeat the above. Practice makes perfect.

If the image looks good click File/Save As and save the image to a picture file on your computer where you can find it.

Go to Settings/My Account/My Pictures

Click on "Browse" and go the the picture you saved. Click on "Upload".

After it uploads you will see a thumbnail image with 2 links at the right side of your thumbnail image.

Copy the entire link called "Embed" and paste that link into your post.

Click on Preview and you should see the image.
