One of the 2 tickers they mention in this FINRA disciplinary action against Mark Beloyan (large GTGP shareholder) is GMUS.
GMUS is Global Music International Inc. That was the name of the GTGP shell from the time it first went public in 2004 until 2008.
The FINRA litigation repeatedly says that Mark Beloyan was touting the GTGP shell using false and misleading email spam in the fall of 2005 recommending to his Beloyan Investment Securities clients that they purchase GTGP which was then trading at $3.50/share.
Quote:Only one insider filing for GTGP;
BELOYAN, MARK B. SHR FL 5/24/2011 Form 3 Direct / Direct 1,500,000

At first thought, who is this poor fellow that had a $1 million+ investment the day of the suspension. On further inspection it looks like karma or possibly part of the reason?;
