Jul. 31st - Ceo Ken Lewis via email to shareholders: “CleanPath Resources Corp. has 6 new distributors and had $120,000 in sales for the month of July. We are looking to increase our sales to $180,000 in August. Re-Load Wellness Products will be the sponsor of the number 08 Nationwide car in Iowa this Saturday.”

Aug. 23rd -CLNP released its first press release under new CEO Ken Lewis. “CleanPath Resources is proud to announce the latest advanced formulations for four of our natural herbal supplements. Re-Load Male Enhancement, Re-Load 7 Hour Energy, Re-Load Detox, and Re-Load Weight Loss. After significant research and testing we are pleased with the acceptance and efficacy of these reformulated products. They worked well before, now they just work better.” He went on to say, “Each product comes in convenient individual serving pouches or a full month supply in a light weight highly protective bag. These products are a major step forward and make our distributors extremely competitive in the market place.”

Sept. 1st - Ken Lewis continues his sponsorship of the #08 car at the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Pictures can be found @ re-load.biz Re-Load also hits stores.

Sept. 10th -Via Official Twitter account CEO Ken Lewis tweeted “Distribution of the new product in the new display boxes preparing to launch the Cleveland, OH, Austin, TX and Birmingham, AL areas. We will be bringing the company to fully reporting w/ the OTC and SEC. before the end 2012.”

Sept. 20th -Second press release: Clean Path Resources announced today that it will begin nationwide distribution of MegaCare, Inc.’s Herbal Supplements on the 1st of October. This increases CleanPath’s product line by 32 products formulated for General Health, Blood Sugar Care, Bone & Joint Care, Eye Care, Heart Care, Memory Care, Men’s Care, Women’s Care, Immune Care, Weight Care, and other benefits.

Sept. 24th
-HEMP, INC. announced its partnership with CleanPath Resources Corp for the distribution of HerbaGenix hemp nutraceuticals. Hemp, Inc. is the manufacturer of the all-natural HerbaGenix that contains hemp extracts proven to increase the body's overall health and performance.

Sept. 27th
–Via Official Twitter account CEO ken Lewis tweeted “Ken Lewis is in appearance @ Charlotte Motor Speedway with driver Kyle Fowler.”

Oct. 8th -Via Official Twitter account CEO Ken Lewis tweeted “On Oct. 5th 2012 the company signed a new distributor in Fort Worth, TX. This agreement initiates our first Re-load shipment to Texas.”

Oct. 15th -Via Official Twitter account CEO Ken Lewis tweeted “CleanPath Resources Corp now has another distributor for Dallas, Texas.”

Nov. 6th –Massachusetts approved medicinal marijuana use while Colorado and Washington State approve recreational marijuana usage for those over 21 years old. Colorado State financial experts estimate annual tax revenues from marijuana to be $45 million annually. CleanPath Resources partner HEMP stock price increased 65% on Nov. 7th

Nov.14th - In its third press release in as many months CLNP announced that it has secured a marketing agreement with Marz Sprays to distribute their highly innovative oral sprays for weight loss and energy. At a recent trade show The Marz Spray company had gathered 5 pending POs, each for more than $1Million. Marz Spray was also featured on the ABC hit show Shark Tank where “QVC Queen” Lori Greiner invested $250,000 for 40% of the sprays sales. The Marz Group has $50 - $100 million annual revenue and is endorsed by such celebrities as Jennifer Love Hewitt. In addition CLNP has completed a binding letter of intent with Rhythm Rooster for an exclusive agreement to distribute their alkaline structured New Fossil water that will be entering the market after the first of the year.

Nov. 18th -Via Official Twitter account CEO Ken Lewis tweeted “We have started negations with Jeffery Earnhardt and Go Green Racing for a full nationwide schedule for 2013.” NASCAR Facts: 1 in 3 American adults follows NASCAR. This translates to 75 million people. More than one hundred Fortune 500 companies sponsor NASCAR and NASCAR races draw bigger crowds than the Super Bowl, the World Series, and the NBA finals… combined! NASCAR races are carried live on ESPN, ABC, and 350 radio stations nationwide and 6.9 million fans attended NASCAR Cup Series events annually. 77% of NASCAR fans are between 18-54 years old with a median age of 43, 47% of NASCAR fans earn more than $50,000 per year, 40% of NASCAR fans are women and 39% have children under 18. In October of 2012 FOX signed new deal to televise NASCAR for another 8 years.

Hopefully this will pan out.” He later sent out an email regarding Jeffery Earnhardt “Working with our associates and our plan is to be a primary sponsor of his car for the full year.”


CLNP 2013 Expectations
- Company should become current with OTC and SEC.
- Will be sampling several different alkaline waters and continue negotiations with Planet Fitness to distribute the water throughout their 500+ facilities.
- See profits from partnership with HEMP as marijuana bills are scheduled to take effect starting January 1st 2013.
- Becoming a full sponsor for Go Green racing on the NASCAR circuit for the entire 2013 season.
- Continue growing its Re-Load products, sales and distributors.
