INWENTASH ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF GOLDEN CARIBOO RESOURCES LTD.

Sheldon Inwentash, on Nov. 26, 2012, acquired ownership of one million common shares and 500,000 common share purchase warrants of Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at a price of 35 cents until Nov. 26, 2013. In the event that the warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 11 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Golden Cariboo as of Nov. 26, 2012, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the warrants only. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Inwentash held, as at Nov. 26, 2012, only the common shares and the warrants.
