I also noticed looking back at the UNQT filings that UNQT was a Michael Anthony shell before being passed on to Charles Lance.

Michael Anthony (Century Capital) and his wife Laura Anthony (Legal and Compliance) are interesting people that have been engaged in dozens of shell hijackings in the past and have worked closely with others like Brian Scher, Michael F Cronin, Thomas Craft, and Richard Astrom.

They sell the shells they hijack and those shells often get used for pump&dumps and toxic financing arrangements.
