October 10, 2012 - TeleFix Communications Holdings, Inc. (OTC:TLFX) announced today that the Company has entered into a Resellers Agreement with Solaris Technologies, located in Irving, Texas. TeleFix will be a reseller of Cellular on Wheels (COWs) and Quick Deploy Towers in the U.S. market with plans to expand into the Caribbean and other international rural markets.
With Solaris manufacturing the towers, TeleFix will engineer and deploy the mobile towers with radio and/or surveillance equipment to our customer’s exact specifications. Towers can be equipped with all technologies – 2G-GSM, 3G-UMTS, CDMA, TDMA, 4G-LTE, camera surveillance,microwave dishes, and Outdoor DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems). These solutions are ideal for use at special events, remote locations, difficult terrain, emergencies and natural disasters,short or long term needs.
