I understand your concern of course. I think they are doing a "cya" or cover your ass. They have put out an optimistic pr but I am sure it is contingent on several deals i.e., B12 and an equity fiancing...

All financial statements generally put out a worst case statement so the company cannot be sued.

I guess we will see soon enough...
