Just got this response from Ray Barton. He asked me to post it for the longs to see:

Stemintense is in-application right now and it was filed before the announcement. You don't copyright or patent stuff immediately, as these investors should know…it takes time before it is in the system. The company owns the Domain as well and has for over a year (it's at godaddy, they can check). We waited to put in the application until we were sure we were using it.

To be clear, I was an NYPD Police officer from early 90's until just before 2000, Nick was never a cop. Nick has always been a businessman in operations/management in the private sector. Nick and I are both Auxiliary police officers (part-time, 120 hours per year which is similar to a volunteer fireman) which is how we met, our business philosophy is similar and we worked together (briefly) on a few projects before I was able to convince him of Northstar's potential and recruit him as my replacement. I learned from working together that his experience and skill set was much more suited to Northstar than mine was, and so I would rather have a little ownership of something huge than a big ownership of something small.

Seriously, these people are grasping for straws. MedGen has been "real" since 1996 selling as many as 5 million units in a year. The only period of time tarnishing the reputation of the company was when the previous management took out a loan from Corey Robinsky's NIR group, a guy I never even met. Which is why, when I took over, I had no choice but to dilute (which I announced outright many times) in order to pay back his loan. I had no choice, I was legally forced. Not only is NIR Group/Corey paid back and completely out of the picture, I do not even know if they are still in business. I am pretty sure they were forced to close shop totally.

I hope that clears it up for everyone. Please, don't let these few bashers ruin the ride for you. The proof is in the pudding. When we announce that product is actually shipping and what our markup/profit, and projections are, they will head for the hills with their tail between their legs. There is absolutely NO fact or truth in anything they are saying and as long as we know that, we know that eventually they will be out in the open and shamed off of the internet or possibly brought up on defamation charges, who knows?

Fact is, this is no penny stock pump-and-dump. This company had products in every major retail store nationwide just a few years ago and owns them all. It is just a moment away from regaining and leaping past it's best years. Then you will laugh the last laugh.
