Aside from the general markets, I believe that graphite is presently in a short lived - show me phase. Present prices can't hurt the still to be producers. Especially when after they start producing the deficit is worst based on fewer new mines producing.

One way of looking at things would be that the present price should initially lower future competition.

More power to those companies that are presently ahead on the graphite finding curve and especially to Energizer Resources.
