The details of the registration may be found in Form S-8 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The purpose of the program is to allow the Company to compensate the program participants as listed below in shares of Bella Petrella’s Holdings, Inc. common stock for services rendered and to be rendered. There are no resale restrictions on the resale of common stock received under the plan.
