About Us
VNC Associates llc. dba Modiax.com, is a holding company with a diversified group of companies under its umbrella. Modiax has a unique strategy of growth and diversification. By supplying IT and Web 2.0 social media/internet solutions to companies and in addition to an earned fee, it takes an equity stake in these holdings. This allows Modiax to grow its balance sheet and core holdings with little capital outlay or dilution.
Modiax focuses on three areas of activities that may yield extraordinary long term rewards with diversified revenue streams:
Asian Online/Web Development Services: Our joint venture/business partner, Zenetek will often convert brick-and-mortar clients into an overnight web sensation. We often take a minority stake in those companies in exchange for web development and conversion services.
Zenetek is a professional IT firm located in Saigon, Vietnam. We specialize in creating custom solutions that bring clients tangible and measurable results to help grow their business and enhance their brand.
Zenetek was founded in March 2010 in Newport Beach, California to provide our clients with professional, customized solutions to suit their specific business requirements at affordable rates and continues to build long-lasting relations with clients, year after year.

That led me to Star Entertainment Group Inc (SETY)
Back in August, SETY put out a press release announcing that it had signed an agreement to acquire Modiax and Zenetek

And that leads us to the mysterious G Smith that signed the Form 15 today

--------
SETY was diluted down from $.0041/share to $.0002 share since the time that news came out.
Since Modiax and Zenetek are being used with SETY I'm not sure that they will try to reuse the same definitive agreement that never ends up closing with HESG, but it is a possibility since both Gregory Smith and Derek Nguyen can now be linked to HESG.
Probably no coincidence that SETY carries the Skull & Crossbones symbol just like HESG.
