Add another boulder to the mountain of uncertainty facing US stocks. S&P 500 sinks to session lows amid headlines that strikes launched by Israel hit Hamas rocket sites in Gaza and separate news reports earlier that Hamas' top commander has been killed. Crude-oil futures spike. S&P 500 falls 0.5% and DJIA drops 70. The Dow, trading at a more-than-three-month low, drops its yearly gains to a three-handle: up 3.9% in 2012.
