Hello Matt,

I was hoping you could address Capt_Nemo's complaints to you in a manner
to use that situation as a cover to help you and Dave increase what is available
as tools to police members that "go out of control" and focus on specific members,
all in the name of:

"Capt_Nemo's Saving IH From Flush'n Itself Down The Raging Bull Toilet"

Rather than ban Capt from a board, just impose Admin activated Ignore(s)
onto Capt towards those he feels are players on them scam boards he identifies.

Once this Admin Police Tool is made and used first on Capt, then it is available
to be used on the rest of IH members that can't control themselves, and this
rather than sending them to the IH Jailhouse.

This goes to the very source of the trouble, (aka) between two members,
and removes the board ban and jailhouse stays so that they can post
and add to IH's daily volume.

Situation: User's account accessed by site's admin and activates Ignore(s)
on their behalf without their permission, and against their wishes.

[This is a suggestion for Matt to set this up similiar] to IH's Jailhouse warnings
and incarcerations, [where] these admin imposed Ignores [will show] up on the
user's page where Ignores are displayed, but under a sperate heading [to identify
this member going into a vigilante type mode to protect IH from itself.]

[These admin activated Ignore(s) once made will always be displayed even after
an agreement is made between the admin and member to have them turned Off
so that they remain as a reminder to the member of past announances to admin,
and as a record to look upon when the member complains against same member(s).

Thus user has knowledge of, and ability to admit guilt and plead for the release of.
