My guess is that the SUGO Lawyers,
already have the required documents in DTCC's hands,
and that they know when,
the DTCC will release their announcement,
of the "Chill" having been removed.
The SUGO Lawyers and Executives are experts,
and have proven it,
time and time again,
that they know how and when,
to release a PR, at the right time.
The VC's are still loading shares, and are not ready yet to have this "Run" jump.
