I think Dan Keeney's work gets distorted on our message board. He gets quite a lot of communication, and it is often when people are angry that they selectively post it. I've also seen many outright misrepresentations, and attempts at one-upmanship, and to embarrass him.

Many people ask him leading questions based upon their own imagination, expecting him to confirm, which obviously he can't. Then they become angry and frustrated. He gets frustrated too sometimes, and it is a challenge to separate the wheat from the chaff. So sometimes the good stuff gets overlooked. He's not perfect. None of us are.

Based upon my direct interactions with Dan, I have a positive impression of his work and professionalism. I'm not confrontational as an investor, I'm supportive. So I don't put people on a defensive posture and I try to understand their role. Thus I'm a fairer judge, I think, because I don't have unrealistic expectations or expect perfection.

For example I never ask Dan Keeney for privileged information. I know he won't give it out and I will rightfully get the stock answers that he has to repeat many times to such requests. Information is released publicly according to compliance requirements. I also don't ask him for investment advise or details of the Oil and Gas industry. Neither is his field or his job.

It's not easy doing an investor relations/PR job like his in the era of the internet when you have full time critics.

Calling for people to be replaced is not helpful IMO. We've seen the damage done by a years' long stalking attempt targeting ERHC executives and contractors.

I think it is time to move away from that confrontational approach as is does us ERHE shareholder harm.

Providing fact checking and assistance like Krombacher and ERHCLongtimer is giving positive help to our little minnow of a company. Even if it sometimes gets a slower response. Other times corrections are immediate.

We have a talented team of fact checkers here. A formidable force. But retail investors are also quick to get carried away with hopes, wishful thinking, frustrations and unrealistic expectations. So do we use our power for positive or negative goals? That's our choice.

As ERHE shareholders, and the #1 group following this little known company ERHC, we have a choice to either tear them down with continued attacks, or assist them in building our company and our shareholder value through positive feedback.
