I was looking through some of those old filings. BW claimed 500K preferred shares in the Q3 2009 report, even though it doesn't list any as authorized.

But in the annual report for for 2009, he claims 800 Million "preffered."

In the 2010 annual filed Feb 14 2011, it specifically lists preferred shares as "none", but in the same document says that Weber still has 800 Million preferred shares. LOL!

Q1/2011 lists no preferred authorized or issued. Same for Q2/2011 and Q3/2011

However in the 2011 annual report, they are back to no preferred shares, but Weber owns 800 million again, even though the total number of shares is only 846M by Dec 31, 2011.
