Nightly Topic Post. Tonight L2 after the close will be discussed and what it means. Many times I see Posts after the close where one will Post that a Penny is going to soar the following morning. This is assumed that one is reading L2 after the close. Here is what happens. Lets say a Penny closes @ 0025. Just before the Close the Bid was 0024 and the Ask was 0025. Right after the close one may see say a much larger gap and the Bid at 0015 and the Ask at 0041. That is not reflective of the following days activity. After the Close many MM's (market Makers) remove their Orders from the "Books" and that is the reason for the large gap between the B/A. Nothing should be read into it. It is what again appears the following morning as MM's place their orders that will reflect the true B/A. Hope this makes sense. Also, as we discussed last night, there is no pre market or after hours trading on Pennies.

Tomorrow evenings topic will be how to secure your gains on a Penny you may be in that has moved up large; yet you still want to stay in it. I thought that would be appropriate being so many may be in that situation here tonight after numerous Pennies rose nicely today for some.

Still to come in the short term as requested is Penny Chart reading. I'm putting a little more effort into that Post so it is taking me a few more days so I can hopefully make it informational and easy to understand.
