Link: With Rosetta Stone Settlement, Google Gets Closer to Legitimizing Billions of AdWords Revenue

"After 3+ years of litigation, Google (NASDAQ:GOOG) and Rosetta Stone (NYSE:RST) settled Rosetta Stone's trademark lawsuit over Google AdWords.

The settlement terms are confidential, but a joint statement published in Reuters says that the parties will 'meaningfully collaborate to combat online ads for counterfeit goods and prevent the misuse and abuse of trademarks on the Internet.' This does not clarify if Google will do anything more than it's currently doing, or if Google will do something special for Rosetta Stone"

Google is increasing their revenue dramatically, therefor will set the tone for Vringo. The future royalty number is going to go up, Vringo will earn more money off of google making more. This is big news for Vringo. Couple hundred thousand more in total royalties IMHO -- millions -- in the cards here.
