LPH - lol .... what a sham ... those dirtbags will do whatever it takes to milk U.S. investors out of every last penny. Should anyone be surprised ? ...... I still crack up when I think of Toups' statement last month about possibly diluting further, then watching the stock plunge, only to whip out damage control by immediately stating everything's great and "we're gonna close acquisition by the end of the month dilution free." Huh ? So one week you're flat broke and the next week you're flush with cash ? LOL. Only in China .... Cai + Toups + RedChip = David Copperfield .....
