AirTouch Communications (OTCQB: ATCH) (www.airtouchinc.com), has announced purchase orders for the Company's SmartLinX(TM) "super router" that enables smartphone users to enhance the benefits of their smart phones by adding seamless connectivity from smartphones to landline services, improving the signal quality of calls, and enabling their smartphone for additional applications. The purchase orders represent sales of 30,000 SmartLinX(TM) units by two vendors in the U.S. and one in Ecuador totaling sales proceeds of approximately $2,600,000. The Company expects to begin fulfilling the orders in the fourth quarter of 2012.

SmartLinX(TM) is powerful and versatile; enabling users to dial smartphone contacts directly through their landline while pairing up to eight smartphones on one base unit. SmartLinX(TM) is also a smart solution for home-based and small businesses, serving up to eight smartphones, with the ability to turn a smartphone into a virtual two-line phone, and built-in conference/intercom functions. In addition, SmartLinX(TM) can be used as a traditional landline phone even when no smartphone is present.

We think the share price is undervalued and now may be the time to jump in for the long term. There are only 20 million shares outstanding and the market capitalization is only $13 million.
