There has been a surprising and perplexing twist in the Rafarma/ Johnston Acquisition situation, it now appears that there will be a third company involved, an OTC company called AIRPROTEK INTERNATIONAL, INC. (APKN)

According to Wyoming SOS documents Rafarma Pharmaceuticals changed it's name back to Johnston Acquisition yesterday.

This was done so AIRPROTEK INTERNATIONAL(APKN), who just re-domiciled in Wyoming from Nevada, could in turn change their name to Rafarma Pharmaceuticals instead.

JAQC and APKN/Rafarma will merge....



We don't know any more details then this. We have been assured that everything with JAQC/Optimal Health/Rafarma is still OK, however, we are now stuck with APKN as well it would appear and whatever that comes along with that.
