Adeez you are wrong there. They currently have 1500 employees and plan to hire another 500 in the next 12 months.

They are rollong out their HR products to EMEA and ASIAPAC, to be followed by the Financials products.

They compete with SAP and ORACLE so WDAY is not a small company ... current market capitalisation is over USD 8 Billion.

However I do think the current PPS is high for an entry point and so will watch it for a while.
