As much as I hate to crush and annihilate another baseless conspiracy theory, I decided to email Chris Irons, and here's his response:

I have been getting a slew of questions in regards to this, so I would like to make it extremely crystal clear that my employment contract strictly prohibits me from posting on any JBI, Inc. related message boards and that I have never posted on any message boards related to JBI, Inc or the industry in general since my term of employment began in early March 2012. I had personally asked certain site administrators to be booted from almost every site that I had posted on prior to my employment to ensure that it would not jeopardize the terms of my agreement with JBI.
I started working for JBI in early March 2012. I take my employment with this company very seriously and do everything possible to uphold what is asked of me by both management and shareholders, as well as abide strictly to the provisions laid out in my employment agreement. Prior to March 2012, I had never been paid or compensated by the company in any way, and had performed no work for the company at all.
You are partially correct about my educational experience. I graduated with an B.A. in English and minor in Business and Technical writing from West Chester University in 2005. I completed my M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Neumann University in Aston, PA with a cumulative GPA of 4.0 in 2009. I then went on to complete a one year Master Certification program in Hospitality Management from Cornell University in 2011. My work experience includes working as a corporate trainer and specialist for Apple, Inc., as well as managing and helping run several multi-million dollar/year restaurants.
I, like many of the shareholders, am just extremely dedicated to the amazing technology (and staff) that we have here. I, like everyone else here, believe that we have something very special in this technology and look forward to doing whatever part I can in helping the company and shareholders succeed.
