Here is what I got from my broker regarding the dividend shares. Not really a great situation for owners of them.

I am able to inform you that KMA Global Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited, KMA Global Solutions Inc (ON) and KMA Global Solutions USA Inc (NV) are private companies and if you would like to sell the shares of these companies, you must ask the companies to find a buyer for the shares. Once that is done, you or the companies will need to contact us by telephone with the trade instructions.

Alternatively, you can request that share certificates be issued to you, which there is a fee for. If you would like to proceed with requesting certificates, please let us know and we'll advise you of the cost.
